Easy to prepare and good for health.
Baby Spinach a lb., onion 1, garlic cloves 3, both chopped, paprika powder 1/2 tsp., salt to taste,
coconut oil 1 tbsp.
Heat oil in a pan, drop in onion and garlic, sauté till tender, add salt, paprika and spinach,
sauté till cooked. Serve with rice.
