Mutton rice

Mutton 2 lbs., cut into medium size, mutton masala 1 tbsp., vinegar 1 tbsp., salt to taste,
mix the ingredients with mutton.
Cooking oil 2 tbsp., shallots a handful, garlic paste 2 tsp., ginger paste 2 tsp., garam masala
1 tsp., fresh chilly 3, silted, curry leaf 1 sprig.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker, drop in shallots, curry leaf, followed by ginger garlic paste,
saute till light brown, add mutton, garam masala and pressure cook.
Basmati rice 4 cups, cooked in 9 cups of water and salt to taste.
Pour cooked mutton along with juice over the rice . Serve rice with mutton pieces.
