#covid19#Lockdowncooking #Healthy Omlette with Moringa leaves ❤️

All the new ideas are because of lockdown. Aftercare in our garden went on upto 1pm. Need to make an omelette for lunch. While entering inside saw the young moringa leaves outside. Then comes the idea, why can’t I make a variety omelette to enjoy tasty and nutritious food and share with my friends. Quickly it happened. My husband separated the moringa leaves from the sprigs. 
Ingredients 
Egg 1, shallots 4, ginger a small piece, both chopped, 
Moringa leaves 2tbsp., grated coconut 1 tbsp., 
Turmeric powder a pinch, chilli powder 1/4 tsp., 
chopped tomato 1/2 tbsp.,salt to taste.
Preparation 
Break the egg 🥚 in a small bowl, add all the ingredients, whisk with a fork. 
Heat a nonstick pan, pour in a tsp. coconut oil or ghee. 
When the pan is hot pour in the egg mix and spread it round with the spoon or fork.
Allow to cook the bottom, flip it and cook the other side. Care should be taken, not to break when flipped. Serve hot with rice for lunch❤️
