It is mango season. We had four harvest and almost done. Every morning will find one or two ripen mangoes. Yesterday got heavy summer shower in the evening. Today morning found seven mangoes fallen down. A pretty good numbers gave me the idea of a mango salad. Put the picture of mangoes in our friends group to give suggestions on the use. Plenty of ideas come in. To make a salad with pepper and salt, to cook traditional mampazha pulissery, a sweet dish for lunch, make juice out of it , eat it raw licking the juices flowing through the fingers, North Indian dish Mango juice with poori, eat two and cook the rest.
Decided to prepare the mango salad. It is very easy and highly nutritious with losing any of the vitamins and minerals.
Preparation
Peeled them, cut into small pieces, add half tsp. pepper powder and salt to taste. Transferred into the serving bowl and topped with chopped cilantro. WoW 👌 So nice, the sweetness, saltiness, the pepper and lastly the herb, cilantro. Super healthy ❤️ breakfast to start the day. Thank you all my dear friends for your valuable suggestions.
