An idea got from a WhatsApp message. In the video peanuts 🥜 Bengal gram, fryms and papadum was fried. No oil. Only salt. I remember my grandma used to fry peanuts in sea sand. Just like that with salt. If we do the practice only we can preach. So did it. Its lockdown. Tried with available ingredients. Bengal gram and papadum was only in the pantry.
The important thing to take care of is that the salt should be very hot. Then only drop in the ingredient. Yep 👍 it came out. Snacks ready for evening tea 🍵
