Ingredients
Okra 15, wash it, and cut into thin circular pieces,
Top ramen noodles 100g,
Onion small 1, ginger 1inch piece, garlic cloves 10, all chopped,
Green chilli 2, thinly sliced,
Salt to taste.
Preparation
Sauté the okra pieces in a nonstick pan till tender.
Add the chopped onion, garlic, ginger and green chilli.
Add 2 cups of water and salt. Allow to cook in medium flame. Care should be taken not to over cook.
By the time, cook the noodles in 3 cups of boiling water for 2-3 minutes. In a bowl transfer the noodles first and top it with cooked okra. Soup ready. Great dinner idea on a rainy day.
