Pumpkin leaves and yellow split peas stir fry

Pumpkin leaves are rich in vitamins, minerals and fibre.
Yellow split peas are high in plant based protein,  carbohydrates, fibre and minerals.
A combination of the pumpkin leaves and peas is highly nutritious.
The importance of this dish highly appreciable in this lockdown period of Covid 19. We are locked đź”’ down. I prefer to cook with the available ingredients in the pantry to avoid going out and being at the safest side.
The pumpkin leaves are from own homestead garden.
Ingredients 
Pumpkin leaves 12, ( tender)
Yellow split peas cooked, 1 cup,
Onion 1, garlic cloves 6, both finely chopped,
Turmeric and chilli powder 1/2 tsp, each,
Salt to taste,
Coconut oil 1 tbsp.,
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp.,
Dried Red chilli 1, broken,
Preparation 
Heat oil in a shallow pan, drop in mustard seeds , allow to crackle, add broken red chilli, followed by onion and garlic, mix well till tender, add the chopped Pumpkin leaves, mix well. Add salt, turmeric and chilli powders, combine well and allow to cook in medium flame for 3 minutes. Add the cooked yellow split peas, combine well. Dish is done. Serve with rice.
