Pumpkin & Moringa flowers with Bengal gram, stir fry

Pumpkin flowers are not common. Only male flowers are used for cooking. Female flowers are left for fruits.
Got few pumpkin flowers. Also have some Moringa flowers. Decided to stir fry with grated coconut, turmeric, chilli, cumin powders in coconut oil. When the flowers were cooked, the volume is so less. Got some cooked Bengal gram (kadala) in refrigerator. 
So add a handful to the mix along with salt to taste.
Combine well in medium flame.
Along with the vitamins, minerals and fibre in the flowers, the protein in the Bengal gram turned the stir fry into a nutritious side dish for rice. It can be served with poori and chapatti.
